President & CEO
Early in his career, Mark Hayden was a skilled Mechanical Engineer and Manager by profession. He has since become successful building and managing organizations for many Fortune 500 companies. His engineering development work has currently earned 12 patents with more pending. Engineering being his skill and passion, Mark spends a great amount of time developing concepts for unique systems that heavily incorporate a customer's objective. With 34 years of senior management experience, Mark has developed insights into business models across more than 10 different high-tech markets. Mark holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering (ASME) from Norwalk State Technical College. He attended the University of Bridgeport (BSME program) and received a Bachelors of Science in Mechanical Engineering (BSME) at the Bridgeport Engineering Institute (now Fairfield University School of Engineering). Mark also attended Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute (RPI) MSME program, and Sacred Heart University in the MBA program.
Joseph F. Mulready, Jr.
CFO & Chairman
As a long time financial consultant specializing in mergers & acquisitions, Joseph Mulready, is the Principal at Mulready & Associates, Inc., venture capital firm, providing access to capital markets for startup and second-stage companies. In addition to serving as CFO & Chairman at IMS WaterJet, Inc., Joe was Founder and CFO at CM Systems, LLC, in Farmington, CT, a Founder and CFO at Agile of New England, LLC, and Chairman at Agile-Network, LLC. He is an active board member for several Hartford-based volunteer non-profit organizations. Joe received his A.B. English Honors Degree from the College of the Holy Cross in Worcester, MA, his Masters Degree from the Hartt School/University of Hartford, and his Doctorate from Columbia University, New York, NY.
Vice President of Sales
As Vice President of Sales, Bill oversees IMS WaterJet's relationship with distributors and customers across the United States and Canada. Bill first joined IMS as Eastern Regional Sales Manager responsible for directing sales activities for the eastern United States territory. With over 30 years experience, Bill Zomro has a proven track record in developing, initiating, and leading sales strategies in the manufacturing industry. Prior to joining IMS, he held sales leadership positions at several companies within the machine tool and metal finishing industries. In addition, Bill has over 15 years experience specializing in the abrasive waterjet industry.
Director of Marketing
For nearly 15 years, Kevin Dokla has delivered outstanding return on investment and sustainable market growth. He is well versed in product marketing, marketing communications, brand management, product development, and sales generation. Kevin implements effective marketing programs and ad campaigns to drive ecommerce business, and strengthen brand identity and corporate image. He possesses solid skills in working directly with companies that face challenges in their marketing strategies, lead generation, product placement in the industry, and improving their brand imaging. Kevin is focused on exploring new areas of growth and extending IMS WaterJet's reach in the high-tech waterjet manufacturing marketplace. He graduated from Southern Connecticut State University with a B.S. in Business Management with a Marketing focus.
